New Class Schedule
We are excited to announce our new class schedule for August. Our timetable is filled with a diverse range of classes that cater to all levels of yoga practitioners. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced student, you will find a class that suits your needs. For those interested in expanding their practice, we now offer classes in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative Yoga.
In particular, our advanced Vinyasa Flow classes are designed to challenge and inspire. These sessions focus on linking breath with movement, building strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Our experienced instructors will guide you through dynamic sequences that are both invigorating and meditative, ensuring that you leave each class feeling balanced and rejuvenated.
Workshops and Special Events
This month, we are delighted to host a series of workshops that dive deeper into specific aspects of yoga practice. Highlights include the “Heart Opening Workshop” on August 14, which focuses on chest openers and backbends to release tension and encourage emotional healing. On August 21, we have the “Mindfulness Meditation Workshop” aimed at cultivating a deeper sense of inner peace and awareness.
Additionally, we are partnering with local wellness experts for special events designed to complement your yoga journey. These events include nutrition seminars, aromatherapy sessions, and sound healing experiences. Each event is crafted to provide a holistic approach to well-being, promoting health and harmony in all aspects of life.
Community and Connection

This month, we are introducing “Community Yoga Nights” every Friday, a donation-based class open to everyone. In our continuous efforts to diversify our offerings and cater to the varied interests of our students, we are thrilled to announce a collaboration with a renowned iyengar yoga school in Newcastle. Iyengar Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga that emphasizes alignment and precision in each posture. This method is particularly beneficial for building strength, flexibility, and concentration. Our new partnership means that students will have access to highly qualified instructors who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every class.
